HumaniLend offers professional services to help validate projects ranging from experienced business consulting and advisory services to plan preparation and underwriting services, and has access to a variety of other industry-specific professionals, all of whom can help you to organize and properly prepare your project for financing consideration. HumaniLend also works with a registered 501 (c)(3) Charity that helps us validate extremely technical projects and helps create a positive impact within the communities where your project will be located. Together with the charity, we will use a portion of the proceeds earned by making your project a "reality", and from donations that other generous souls have entrusted to the care of the Charity, to help revitalize that local community where your project will be located. We will contact the local community leaders and determine what  causes and infrastructure projects may be important to that community, and then offer our support to do what we can, in the name of your Company, to support causes that will help to improve the overall standard of living within that community.

Among the types of assistance we may be able to offer a community include:

Creating Other Businesses: We work to help to create other businesses, and Jobs, in the surrounding community that may be able to assist or support your project, or may otherwise provide basic needs ranging from food stores to general Retail.

Revitalization: We help to support local Infrastructure improvement projects to help "revitalize" homes, buildings, and land within local communities to help eliminate "blight" and to improve the overall "character and ambiance" of a community.

Charitable Causes: We will contact local community leaders to determine what social causes may be important to them and their communities, including Police and Fire support, and will do what we can to help support their efforts to sustain those causes.

And we do all of this in the name of YOUR project.

Why do we do this? Because community support for your project is just as important as any other operational concern for a project. By showing the community that you are willing to support causes that are important to them, and that having the presence of your company within their community provides "benefits" to them in ways other than whatever your project or service was designed to perform, are all signs of a "responsible" company, and will help to make your project that much more successful in many ways.
