"Un-Fundable" Projects: {Projects we do not Fund.}

As all of the Financing Options available through HumaniLend are designed to fund projects that are to be created on an "Industrial" scale, or with the involvement of Investment-grade entities, we are not able to fund certain types of projects that are brought to our attention.

Such projects include:

- Residential Real Estate: We do not consider funding any type of Residential Real Estate Construction such as individual Homes or Apartment complexes. However, we can refer you to qualified entities that do consider such projects.

- Research and Development or New & "Unproven" Technologies: There are many wonderful
technologies in development today, however we are not able to fund companies or organizations that are "in the process" of developing devices or projects that include the use of "as yet unproven" devices or technologies that will be, or still are,in the developmental stage.

- General Business "Start-Ups": We will consider funding start-up projects for infrastructure or
projects using known systems and technologies for Governments and/or their related Agencies, and
for projects that include the involvement of an Investment-grade entity to build a facility or site that will produce a product, or provide an appropriate service, that is directly related to their operation or industry. However, we do not consider funding "Small Business" start-ups such as "Consulting", "Advisory", "Retail/Wholesale", "Financial advice", "Home Repair", or "General Business" companies of any kind.

- "Seed" Capital: We do not provide seed capital to pay for anyone's "time" to complete any aspect of a Business or Project plan, or to pay for any other costs or expenses associated with any other aspect of the development of the project, including research and development, to prepare the project for financing consideration. We will consider providing enough "capital" within the financing request to help a qualified entity or Project Principal complete certain tasks necessary to begin manufacturing or constructing the project (depending on the type of tasks that needed to be accomplished), however, generally speaking, we only consider providing financing for projects that are considered to be either "shovel ready" or are otherwise very close to being ready to construct the site or facility being considered.

- Individual Installations of Solar Panels, or any other type of Energy Saving Device:
We do not fund "Contractors" or any other type of "installation" Service companies whose primary
purpose is to install any type of Energy saving product or device on, or in, any type of existing Residential or Commercial structure.

- "Farms" or "Feed-stock" suppliers: We do not finance Farms that produce food for distribution, or for any operations that grows, or produces, "feed-stock" materials for any type of project, unless the feed-stock supply source is an integrated component of the project.

- "Non-Operating" In-Ground assets: We do not finance projects that deal with the extraction of
Fuels or commodities such as Oil, Precious Metals, or Minerals, or any other type of commodity if they are not currently operating. This includes Coal mines, Gold mines, and/or Oil drilling sites that may have previously been "abandoned" where the project intends to "put them back in use."

- Nuclear Facilities: We will not finance the creation or construction of this type of Facility, or any other type of dangerous technologies, regardless of where they are to be placed.

- Entertainment, Films, or Media: We do not fund "social media" enterprises. We only fund Industrial or Municipal-scale projects that produce a product or service on a continual basis.

- Asset Monetization: We do not fund the monetization of any "Bonds", other forms of "Paper" assets, or any other Asset of value that requires conversion into Cash.

- Commodities: We do not fund the purchase of any Commodities, in any amount, that are to be "traded" or will otherwise be purchased to re-sell at a higher value in appropriate markets.
