HumaniLend, LLC(HumaniLend) can use some of our Domestic Programs to finance projects in some Foreign Countries, if the project can meet the same standards we require of projects being financed in the United States. In some cases, an overseas project may be required to obtain a "Sovereign" guarantee from a credit worthy nation, or a guarantee through a world "service" such as the United Nations (UN), the International Monetary Fund (IMF), or the World Bank if the project is being created in a foreign country that may not have the Credit rating necessary to qualify for standard Loan or Investment consideration. We will also consider projects that can secure a payment guarantee from a qualified, "rated" Investment-grade entity that is based in a Foreign Nation, or is a rated United States-based Corporation or Company that has expanded operations in a Foreign Nation. (such as with a Utility, or a known Company or Corporation that is rated through an acceptable rating bureau such as Standard & Poors, Fitch, or Moody's).

HumaniLend also offers access to other financing options available through relationships we have made with some private Lending entities who have the experience and knowledge necessary to properly finance projects in qualifying foreign countries.
